A Mixed Salad of Spring Herbs and Greens with Vinaigrette

Bellum Pullus Admiratio (Siege Chicken Surprise) - A cold appetizer of  lightly spiced cinnamon chicken with a warm spiced dipping sauce


Course One:
Spinach Crisps (Elizabethan)

Dragon Eggs (from Magical Far East)

Roasted Garlic Chicken Soup – Alexander von Stettin’s Specialty

Pork in Piquant Sauce (Roman)

Buttered Root Vegetables (Elizabethan)


Course Two:
Coq avec la sauce Madame (from a feast for Richard III)

Fire Grilled Steak Strips with red wine and orange glaze (French)

Lemon dressed green peas and Lemon dressed beans (French)

Cauliflower and Barley Pilaf (14 C England)


Dessert Course:
Surprises and delights are being planned - you will have to use your imagination - just as we are......The chefs have asked for the dessert to be a surprise to all.
(trust me – you’re going to love it!)

NOTE: The menu is currently being taste tested. Dishes are to be decided upon and updated soon. Subtleties and possible Illusion foods are in the works. It is possible that we may not list all items so as to surprise your eyes and palette. Vegetarian diners should be well provided for. Watch this menu for updates and changes.

Italian Sausage grilled over an open fire served in a bread pocket with caramelized onion

Vegetarian Option

Mixed Green Salad with nuts and raisins with a mild vinaigrette with sliced eggs served in a bread pocket

Funnel Cakes will be on sale ($3) as a side dessert to provide people who bring their own lunch with a tasty sweet.
